Alicea Hibbard, MHA, joined the American Society for Microbiology as the Ethics and IDEAA Senior Associate in 2023. Hibbard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa in French and English languages and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from The George Washington University.
