Dr. Christopher Skipwith is an education specialist for the American Society for Microbiology (ASM), responsible for coordinating education and training resources for the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS), including ABRCMS Online. Trained as a biophysicist and biology educator, Christopher earned a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by teaching appointments at Northeastern University and Bentley University.
