Jennifer Goff, Ph.D. is a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Georgia Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She is an environmental microbiologist whose current research interests include microbial mediation of nitrogen and sulfur cycling, physiological responses of microorganisms to environmental stressors and the role of mobile genetic elements in genome evolution under high-stress conditions. Goff received her B.S. in biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014. Goff later obtained her Ph.D. in microbial biology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in 2020.
