Jessica Chiaruttini, Ph.D., is a microbiology consultant for the pharmaceutical industry including drugs, devices and biological products. Her experience includes expertise in development of microbial control strategies, sterilization validation, aseptic processing, microbial deviation investigations, and she has direct experience with the review and approval of several novel technologies and sterilization practices.

Chiaruttini has a B.S. in microbiology from the University of Georgia and a Ph.D. in emerging infectious diseases from the Uniformed Services University.
