Jingrong (Jamie) Huang, Ph.D., ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), is the world’s first U.S.-based English and Chinese bilingual Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, Hogan certified HPI|HDS|HVPI Coach, Heidrick & Struggles certified Leadership Coach for Organizational Performance and International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Huang founded Princeton Leadership Academy, which provides outcome-orientated training and coaching for startups and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on talent engagement and team success. Her experience includes being a software engineer for an entire development cycle. Huang holds a Ph.D. in chemical physics from Columbia University. She received a M.S. in physics from the University of California at Irvine and a B.S. in physics from the University of Science and Technology of China. On the personal side, she enjoys movies, musicals and half marathons.
