Monica Linden is a Partnership for Undergraduate Life Sciences Education (PULSE) Fellow, as well as a Brown University Provost's Faculty Teaching Fellow. She is involved in several diversity, equity and inclusion efforts including Brown's Seminar for Transformation Around Anti-Racist Teaching. She recently was a project leader in PULSE’s new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Rubric, which will help departments self-assess their work by: reviewing their practices and pedagogies; beginning a dialogue about educational, departmental and institutional equity gaps; and determining a departmental consensus score for the rubric items.
