Attendee registration for the ASM Clinical Virology Symposium will open Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Plan to take advantage of early bird rates and secure the lowest rate possible!
The Pan American Society for Clinical Virology (PASCV) will host the Molecular Virology Workshop, May 4, 2019. There is a separate registration fee for the PASCV workshop.
To qualify for the special ASM rate, you must book your hotel room by Wednesday, April 8, 2020, through our authorized housing provider: Experient. Hotels will not accept ASM room block reservations directly. ASM will provide support only for reservations booked within the official room block.
ASM is not responsible for hotel reservations booked outside of the official room block. Attendees that choose to book with a different agency or directly with a hotel will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined for that reservation and outside of ASM's control.

All attendees are required to wear badges on site at all times. Badges give you access to sessions, posters, social events and official symposium meals.

Substitution of registration is permitted prior to the workshop/symposium and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Registration name badges are not transferable between participants on site.
The American Society for Microbiology invites and welcomes scientists from every part of the world to attend and participate in the 2020 ASM Clinical Virology Symposium. Attendees are not required to present a poster to attend the meeting.
The United States welcomes international visitors. All international visitors (foreign nationals) entering the U.S. are generally required to present a passport and valid visa issued by a U.S. Consular Official.
