ASM has secured discounted room rates at the Sheraton Le-Meridien Hotel and encourages participants to book within the official ASM room block at the Sheraton Le-Meridien for the best selection and rates. ASM will provide support only for reservations booked within the official room block.

ASM is not responsible for hotel reservations booked outside the official housing block. Attendees who choose to book with an agency or hotel reservation site will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined for that reservation and outside ASM's control.

Hotel Reservation Deadline

• All housing reservations at the ASM Biofilms conference rate must be made by Friday, Oct. 28, 2022. After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel on a space and rate available basis only.
