Present at ASMCUE

Microbrew, session proposal, poster abstract and scientific primer submission deadline: March 15, 2022

Regardless of your professional level, ASMCUE provides a platform to share teaching strategies and gain international recognition for your work. Explore these opportunities to be recognized by your community:

  • Microbrews. A microbrew is a 15-minute interactive talk that showcases a “brewing" idea in any subdiscipline in the biological sciences. No assessment data required. Submit a microbrew.
  • Sessions. Education sessions are opportunities to introduce attendees to innovative and relevant strategies for undergraduate biology education by building awareness and understanding of new vocabulary, concepts and ways of thinking. Submit a session proposal.
  • Posters. Virtual posters focus on education research outcomes associated with any subdiscipline in the biological sciences. Submit a poster.

New for 2022!

Scientific Primers. A scientific primer is a short "train the trainer"-style talk that introduces the audience to new advances in molecular biology techniques. It's a chance for current graduate students or postdocs to help undergraduate educators stay up-to-date with recent advances in molecular biology techniques and revise their courses with fresh science content. Submit a scientific primer.
