If you are staying at the official ASMCUE lodging, Marriott Phoenix Airport (1101 N 44th St, Phoenix, Airz. 85008), you qualify to use the ABRCMS/ASMCUE shuttle service for transportation to and from the conference center. Note that there will be no shuttle service on Friday, Nov. 17, between 10:30 a.m.- 6 p.m. MT nor on Sunday, Nov. 19.

The DTPHX Ambassadors are an Enhanced Municipal Service delivered to the downtown core by Downtown Phoenix Inc. Their mission is to ensure that your visit to downtown Phoenix is not only safe, but also delightful and unforgettable. These dedicated ambassadors are on call every day of the year, 7 days a week. They are here to assist you in various ways, whether it's guiding you to your vehicle, distributing complimentary water and sunscreen or providing directions. You can easily spot them in high pedestrian traffic areas, either on foot or riding bicycles, wearing vibrant orange shirts with "ASK ME" on the back.

Cost

• The cost is $2 for a one-way ticket or $4 for a day pass.
• Purchase Online Using the App: Valley Metro riders now have a new, easy way to pay with the addition of mobile fare! Mobile fare is now available in the Valley Metro app. Riders can purchase fare at their own convenience before their next ride. To access mobile fare, customers need to download the Valley Metro app and create an account with a valid email address. Riders can purchase passes by adding a payment method, including Apple and Google pay options. The 1-Ride and 1-Day passes are available for both full and reduced fare.

Directions From Airport Gates or Baggage Claim

• Follow signs to the free PHX Sky Train® from Terminal 3 or 4 to the 44th Street PHX Sky Train® Station.
• From there, follow the walkway with moving sidewalks on level 2 to the elevator and take the escalator down to the Valley Metro Rail platform at 44th Street and Washington.
• Purchase a ticket at the 44th St/Washington Valley Metro Rail station and board a westbound train taking you into downtown Phoenix.
• Exit close to your hotel: For Hotels and PCC use exit at 3rd Street/Washington.
