ASMCUE Registration

Join us online June 29-July 1 for the 2021 ASMCUE, a virtual experience centered on the theme "Re-Examining Our Relationships With Our Students, Colleagues and Ourselves." Together, we will consider new, evidence-based strategies that aim to improve student learning and academic life and that build and sustain relationships during a time of COVID-19 and the "new normal."

Both ASM members and non-members need a free ASM user account to register for the conference. Please review our registration policies for details. Registration fees include the following:
  • Participation in one (1) live pre-conference workshop on June 25, 2021 (subject to availability and enrollment limits).
  • Participation in the entire live ASMCUE program June 29-July 1, 2021.
  • Access to all recorded talks until Dec. 31, 2021.

General Registration Policies

  • Cancellation. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted for purchases. All registrants will have access to the ASMCUE meeting platform and recordings of selected talks through Dec. 31, 2021
  • To register, you will need to sign in to your ASM account or create a free ASM account. This does not sign you up for membership, it serves as your sign in authorization to register for the conference. There is no cost to create an ASM User Account. Proceed to registration. After you select Individual Registration, you will be directed to sign in or create an account, then you will be directed to complete the 2021 ASMCUE registration.
  • Confirm your member rate. If you do not see the correct member rate upon logging in to your ASM account, please DO NOT pay the registration fee. Contact the ASM Membership Department immediately for assistance. 
  • Please complete the entire registration process in one sitting. Progress will not be saved if you do not complete the checkout process.
  • Save your confirmation email. After checkout, you will receive a registration confirmation email containing essential event information and directions to access the conference app/platform. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder for an email from service@asmusa.org.
  • Access to the conference app. It may take 1-4 days for access to the app. 
  • Set up your profile in the app. Use the link in your registration confirmation email to set up your profile, access online programming and receive important alerts.
  • Sign up for a pre-conference workshop. Attendees may choose to attend one (1) live pre-conference workshop on June 25 at no additional charge. There are a limited number of workshop spots available. Registration is first come, first served. 
  • Payment. Payment by credit card or e-check is due at the time you register.

Workshop Registration and Policies

Registration is free, but space is limited.

ASMCUE workshops will be conducted on Friday June 25, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (UTC -04:00). These events will be live, interactive and will not be recorded. Therefore, please register only if you can participate in the entire live event. 
  • You will have the option to register for 1 workshop during the conference registration process.
  • You may register and attend only workshop.
  • There is no “workshop only” registration. Workshops are only available to attendees who register for the entire conference.
  • Register early to save your spot. Enrollment is first come, first served and is limited to a maximum of 50 people per workshop.
  • Workshops are the only portion of the program that require separate registration. Everything else is included in the registration fee.
  • All workshops will be hosted in the virtual conference platform.
  • We kindly ask that you cancel your workshop registration if a conflict arises with the live event. To cancel your workshop registration, please email us as soon as possible.
