ADA Services Reservations

Some accommodation requests require advance notice to ensure that we have time to plan accordingly. To request one of the following accommodations, please complete the ADA Services Reservation Form by May 16, 2025.

• American Sign Language (ASL).
• Assisted Listening Device.
• Mobility Accommodations.

**To confirm services, individuals must officially register for the conference by May 16, 2025.

Children under the age of 18 may accompany registered attendees by completing an accompanied minor registration form on-site in Los Angeles. Children are not permitted in the Exhibit and Poster Hall during move-in or move-out hours.

On-site Childcare

ASM Microbe will offer childcare service at the Los Angeles Convention Center. View childcare provider and registration details.
