Dina Newman, Ph.D.

Dina Newman, Ph.D. is an associate professor in the Gosnell School of Life Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology. She received her B.S. from Cornell University, and both her M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. Newman currently co-leads the Molecular Biology Education Research Group collaborative research lab. The team studies how students think about molecular biology concepts and develops tools for improving biology education.
