Nicola Stanley-Wall, Ph.D., is a professor of microbiology and Head of the Division of Molecular Microbiology at University of Dundee, Scotland. Her research focuses on how the gram-positive bacterium forms social communities called biofilms. Over the past 10 years Stanley-Wall has collaborated extensively with biophysicists and mathematicians.
