Precious Nwaobia, MPH, is the program assistant for the ASM Health Scientific Unit, providing vital logistical, communications and administrative support to ASM Health’s program initiatives. Prior to joining ASM, she served as a Health Communications and Partnerships ORISE Fellow at CDC, where she led the development of the Active People, Healthy Nation newsletter and co-created an infographic with AARP’s Livable Communities team for bi-partisan decision makers on the importance of activity-friendly communities for older adults. Nwaobia holds a master’s degree in public health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, with expertise in communications, program evaluation and community engagement.
