Cancellation Policy: Last day to cancel is Tuesday, May 5, 2026. You will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be processed starting May 6, 2026, no exceptions, including Visa denials. All cancellation requests must be received by May 5, 2026.

ASM members get the best rates.

ASM members receive substantial discounts on registration to ASM Microbe, as well as other meetings. Your ASM membership must be active at the time of registration to receive the discounted rates. Join or renew your membership.

ASM Supporting Members

ASM Supporting Members do not qualify for the ASM Member rate. To receive a member rate, upgrade to contributing membership. Otherwise, please register as a non-member.

ASM Student Members

You must be an ASM Student Member to qualify for the student member rate.

Registration for Children

Children under the age of 18 may accompany registered attendees by completing an accompanied minor registration form onsite in Washington, D.C. Children are not permitted in the Exhibit and Poster Hall during move-in or move-out hours.
