Graeme Forrest Named New Editor-in-Chief for ASM’s Clinical Microbiology Reviews
ASM is pleased to welcome Graeme Forrest, MBBS, a Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine, Section of Infectious Diseases at Rush University Medical Center, as the new Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of ASM’s Clinical Microbiology Reviews. Forrest will begin his term as EiC on July 1, 2022.
"ASM’s Journals Committee is thrilled to have Dr. Forrest at the helm of CMR. I am confident that he will make exceptional contributions to CMR, and I am excited to see how the journal moves forward under his direction," said Dr. Patrick Schloss, chair of the ASM Journals Committee.
Clinical Microbiology Reviews® analyzes the latest developments in clinical microbiology and immunology. Key topics include pathogenic mechanisms, individual and groups of microbial pathogens, clinical and laboratory aspects of newly recognized and reemerging infectious diseases, antimicrobial agents and their applications and diagnostic laboratory technologies.
