ASM works with the AskScience subreddit team to organize quasi-monthly Ask Me Anything (AMA) discussions, in which expert panelists respond to questions from the Reddit community. AMA discussions are open to the public and cover a wide range of technical knowledge. Topical AMAs organized by ASM touch on all parts of microbiology, from vaccines and disease, to microbiomes, to medical diagnostics.
