The ASM Ethics Committee presents its annual 2025 Ethics Report to the ASM Board of Directors and our valued ASM members. This report provides a concise summary of our efforts over the past year, emphasizing ASM's strong dedication to ethics and integrity.

• The ASM Ethics Committee appointed 1 new member based on their robust qualifications and experience. 
• The ASM Ethics Committee unanimously approved revisions to the existing ASM Events Code of Conduct, reinforcing our commitment to a safe, respectful and professional environment at all ASM events, whether they are in person or virtual. 
• The ASM Ethics Committee supported educational and outreach initiatives of the ASM Ethics program to lead key conversations on research integrity, ethical standards and emerging challenges in scientific publishing.
